- NSN: 1660-00-467-7410, PR: 0020010656. Item: Heat Exchanger, Air, P/N D2786-70A. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. This procurement is unrestricted and is sole source to IMI Marston Ltd (Cage U1603). Any manufacturer, other than IMI Marston Ltd (Cage U1603), wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract for 34 each with a 100% quantity option. The requested delivery schedule is 165 days after receipt of order. FOB point is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance point is Destination. Delivery for this procurement will be STOCK. This item is subject to Critical Application and Configuration Control. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be February 25, 2009 with a closing date of March 27, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
