- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement F3GHDA8337A001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-29. The NAICS for this solicitation is 452990. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is 500 employees. This is a commercial request for Flight Helmets. Salient characteristics are as follows: This is for the acquiring of 10 HGU-33 Kevlar Helmets with custom fit liner. The helmets must also have Thunderbird paint scheme. See attachment for details. The numbers for the colors are Red - 8390, Blue - 81501, White - 5602. Clin Qty Description 0001 3 Each Medium HGU-33 Kevlar Helmets with custom fit liner. 0002 4 Each Large HGU-33 Kevlar Helmets with custom fit liner. 0003 3 Each Extra Large HGU-33 Kevlar Helmets with custom fit liner.
