Description: Hand Tree planting in spring season on the Pierce and Palouse Ranger Districts. Indefinite quantity contract for base year 2009 plus two renewal option years. Estimated program size for 2009 is 300 acres Pierce Ranger District and 400 acres Palouse Ranger District. Estimate between 100 and 350 acres for Pierce RD in 2010 and 2011 and between 100 and 500 acres for Palouse RD in 2010 and 2011. Estimated starting date in April each year.
