Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the reference number is FA3047-09-TC244. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12 and DFARS change notice 20060814. The Offeror must be an authorized dealer and must quote on an all or none basis. Written quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted). Submission of quotes must be in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is the best value for the Government and conforming to the solicitation the most advantageous to the Government. Please include CAGE Code, DUNS, Tax Identification Number, FOB Point, and Discount Terms. Availability and how long it will take to ship to Lackland AFB, TX. Quotes must be valid through 30 April 09. This is a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS Code is 442291 and the size standard is $6,500,000.00. The Items are as follows: 0001: Various sizes of 1 inch, thick gauge pvc, alabaster color mini blinds. SEE ATTACHMENT FOR TOTAL NUMBERS AND VARIOUS SIZES; 0002: Delivery and installation of mini blinds to include removal of all packing from site. These mini blinds to be installed in 4 buildings at Lackland AFB, TX 78236; EA: 1. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this RFQ, Offerors must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, no exceptions.
