Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue a series of Communication Service Authorizations (CSAs) to AT&T Government Solutions for the continued operation and maintenance of a proprietary network for the Digital Remotely Programmable Conference Arranger (DRPCA) conference system. DRPCA is an AT&T leased non-secure redundant conference system composed of two bridges equivalent in conference capability. Full-duplex dedicated data lines between the bridge and each control site are used to launch and control voice conferences. The network is used for critical command and control communications between the National Military Command Center (NMCC), US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) and US Northern Command (USNORTHCOM). It is the intent of the Government to lease the connectivity and equipment from AT&T Corporation via Communication Service Authorizations against a Basic Agreement. The Government does not own any data pertaining to the design, integration or operations of this network. This announcement is for information purposes only. Note 22 Applies.
