Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue Communication Service Authorizations to AT&T to continue the operation and maintenance of a communications network that allows full-duplex dedicated voice conferencing directly supporting the Chairman Joint Chief of Staff. The network is used for critical command and control communications between the National Military Command Center (NMCC), its alternate, and combatant commands. It is the intent of the Government to lease the connectivity and equipment from AT&T Corporation via Communication Service Authorizations against a Basic Agreement. The Government does not own any data pertaining to the design, integration, or operation of this network. This announcement is for information purposes only. NOTE 22 APPLIES.
