- The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to procure pre-priced Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) on a competitive basis for uniform items for the USAF Honor Guard based at Bolling AFB, Washington, DC. A detailed list of items will be provided in the solicitation. The awards will be designated as FOB Destination. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 313221 with a small business size standard not to exceed 500 employees. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The solicitation will be distributed solely on the World Wide Web at the following address on or about 18 February, 2009: http://www.fbo.gov. All notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing on this site. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for the posting of any updates/amendments to the solicitation. NO PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE MAILED. No telephone requests will be accepted. This notice does not obligate the Government to pay for any quotation preparation costs. **NOTE: All prospective offerors interested in submitting quotations must have a Commercial and Governments Entity (CAGE) code and must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 in order to receive an award.
