The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) APHIS/PPQ in Otis ANGB, MA intends to procure the following items: 001 - Model #: GM003R2C41-4 - 1/4" NPT Connections, PPS Housing, Combined Hall Effet & Reed Switch Sensor, S/S Rotors, Pulse Out (quantity 40ea) 002 - Model GG500-M Display - Remote Display, Battery operated, with a pulse output (quantity 40ea) Submit faxed quotations to Purchasing Section, at (612) 336-3554, Attention Carol Dingess. Quotations are due by March 13, 2009 by 4:30pm local time. (Central) Simplified procedures will be used as well as commercial item acquisition regulations per FAR12. A firm fixed price purchase order will be awarded. Small business set aside under NAICS Code: 423830 Small Business Size: Number of Employees 100. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
