- This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Purchase Request Number: W81NTE90218502 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12.
