Description
THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-30. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) is W023. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 532111 and the small business size standard is 23.5 Million. II Marine Expeditionary Forces (II MEF), Camp Lejeune, NC have a requirement for the lease of vehicles. Rental period/period of performance is from 3 March 2009 through 30 April 2009 (59 days). Line Item #0001: Qty: 30 EA, 12-PASSENGER VANS. Line Item #0002: Qty: 6 EA, MID SIZED SEDANS. These items are i! n support of Camp Lejeune Marines participating in training at Camp Lejeune, NC. If the selected vendor is outside of Jacksonville/Swansboro, NC locale, the vehicles shall be delivered to and picked up from Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC.
