- CBIRF Contracting Officer stationed Indian Head, Maryland hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source, under authority of FAR 6.302-1(iii)(1)(ii). Only one Responsible Source is expected to solicit in this request. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determing whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The requirement is to purchase chow services aboard Ft. Blanding, Florida from the 24th of February until the 18th of March 2009. Government is expecting the award to be given to Consolidated Dining Facility. Interested firms must submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement.
