- Expressions of Interest Sought Requirement: The United States Government is seeking to lease approximately 21,149 contiguous rentable square feet of office and related space in Albuquerque, NM. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 18,390 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF). The lease term requirement is for 10 years. The space must be available for occupancy by 7/6/2009. The delineated area is within walking distance to the University on New Mexico, Albuquerque, NM campus. Other applicable requirements include: •On-site reserved parking for 27 vehicles, and public parking nearby; •2nd floor or higher; •20 foot setback from curb; •Facility should provide access control measures; •Fully-serviced. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes any amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. •Date of space availability. •Method of rentable space measurement. •Building ownership information. •Amount of parking available onsite and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any). •Energy efficient and renewable energy features existing within the building. •List of building services provided. The Government’s decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
