- STES is a transformational net-centric technology that manages Scientific and Technical Information (STINFO) activity across all Air Force (AF) Major Commands (MAJCOMS) providing a single source for all STINFO process instructions, federated data search, and monitoring of lab Research and Development projects and logistics future technical orders through interfacing with multiple AF databases. In addition, STES provides reporting, metrics, issue tracking, and eLearning on all STINFO processes and requirements and management of STINFO positions.
