MOYER, MRS PRODUCT LINE ENGINEERING COMMANDING OFFICER U.S. COAST GUARD AVIATION LOGISTIC CENTER 1664 WEEKSVILLE ROAD BLDG 63 ELIZABETH CITY NC 27909-5001 BACKGROUND: The U.S. Coast Guard Medium Range Surveillance Maritime Patrol Aircraft (HC-144A) is a transport and surveillance aircraft that is used to perform search and rescue, enforce laws and treaties including illegal drug interdiction, marine environmental protection, military readiness, and international ice patrol missions. It can perform aerial delivery of search and rescue equipment such as rafts, pumps, and flares and can be used as command and control platform. The Mission System Pallet (MSP) is a palletized system that provides dedicated sensor and communication system interfaces, sensor management and control, communications capabilities, and incorporates a Video and Mission Processor. SYNOPSIS: The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking information and potential sources that can provide circuit card assemblies for the USCG HC-144A MSP Video and Mission Processors. Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA): P/N: VP315/021-42E, CCA, VME, Pentium M, 1.1 GHZ, 2 PMC Slots, 5 Row VME, 1GB Extended Temp P/N: 600-116-2, CCA, VME, ULTRASPARC, 650MHZ, 2GB RAM, Extended Temp Objectives: The following U.S. Coast Guard objectives are intended to provide both economic logistic support while, maintaining compatible mission system flexibility across multiple aircraft platforms. To locate compatible new and new surplus items which are traceable to their respective OEM. To acquire non-developmental items enhancing mission, system, and platform flexibility.
