Description
THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE NOTIFICATION. The Naval Facilities Engineering Service Center has a requirement to expand current capabilities to predict the effects of close-in or contact charges from IEDs on both unretrofitted and retrofitted columns, as well as to expand existing retrofit technologies. This will be a contract for a base year and one option year. The Government intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis to Karagozian & Case, 2550 N Hollywood Way #500, Burbank, CA 91505-5105.
