Description
This is a market survey to identify sources of supply for a Tool Kit, Cable Adapter Test Set (used with the AN-TPQ-36 and AN-TPQ-37 FIREFINDER Radars), NSN 5840-01-064-1375, CAGEC 56977 Part No. SC5840-91-CL-R62 or CAGEC 80058 Part No. MK-2197-TPQ. Contract performance is expected to be Five (5) years as an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. Expected first order quantity is Fifty (50). Delivery of the first order shall be 12 Kits per month, commencing Four (4) months After Receipt of Order (ARO) until completed. Under an IDIQ Contract, the Government is not obligated to place any follow-on orders beyond the first order for the duration of the contract. Current source is Lear Siegler Services, Inc. on Contract DAAB07-03-D-B010, Task Order Number TO-0062 CR-0525 Action 130. Detailed technical data will not be supplied by the Army as they are not available. All of the individual tools are commercial items available from a number of vendors. The Tool Box itself is also a commercial item. There is no requirement for individual items to be packed in foam cut-outs conforming to the shape of the item or containers that are provided by the vendor. The tool box shall be capable of being locked to secure the contents and shall bear a Unique Identifier (UID) label. Successful supplier(s) must supply documentation citing other military programs they have provided similar items to, or a copy of purchase order(s) for similar items if the supplier was a vendor-subcontractor to a prime source or a statement from a prime source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, successfully provide this hardware. Supplier(s) should provide prices for the quantities cited, quantity breaks and delivery date ARO. Successful supplier(s) may be required to warrant that the item supplied under this requirement will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended.
