Description
The Government's intent for this notice to industry is to improve awareness of Ground based Counter Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare (CREW) Science and Technology (S&T) and Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) investments and opportunities. A centralized location to inform industry of CREW S&T and SBIR efforts is established at the following web site: https://jcrew.muwinfodesk.navy.mil/ The current information available at this site is limited to technology topic areas of interest, corresponding government point of contacts, and performing vendor names. Additional information may be posted in the future as it becomes available and is approved for distribution. The ECA program isdesigned to provide the mechanism for these entities to securely communicatewith the DoD and authenticate to DoD Information Systems. DoD PKI Program Management Office (PMO) has designated the ECA ExternalLiaison Officer (ELO) as the single point of contact to receive andcoordinate all communications between the ECA community, DoD programs, andthe DoD PKI PMO.
