- SPM4A6-09-R-0346, IQC09034009020, Stock Number, 6220-01-411-3584, Lens, Light. Unit of Issue is each. Solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Surge and Sustainment may be applicable. The NSN is not a Critical Safety Item, not Commercial. NSN is Export Control, Drawings and Critical Item, and Product Verification Testing application. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to include one (1) year plus four (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and each option year is 360 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year thereafter is 90 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year thereafter is 360 each. The Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 721 each. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Requested delivery is 30 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation Anticipated issue date is February 27, 2009 with a closing date of March 27, 2009.
