- The following changes are hereby in effect for market survey W15QKN-09-X-0608, posted onFebruary 10, 2009:1) The date of the site visit is changed to Friday, February 20 at 0900.2) The contact person is changed to Kristen Rounsaville, Contract Specialist,(973)724-2843, kristen.rounsaville@us.army.mil Below is the market survey as it stands as of February 18, 2009: On behalf of the Office of the Program Manager Future Combat Systems (Brigade Combat Team (PM FCS(BCT)) Picatinny Office,the US Army Contracting Command, Joint Munitions and Lethality Contracting Center, is interested in potential sources that have the capability to provideTechnical Support Services for Video Teleconference Systems located in Bldg. 171, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. The Program Manager for Future Combat Systems Brigade Combat Team (PM FCS (BCT)) is responsible for the Warfighter Integrated Product Team (IPT) and multiple Manned Ground Vehicle (MGV) variants and their associated Complimentary Programs. With Government and Industry partners located throughout the United States, the need for Video Teleconference (VTC) Systems is essential. In order to support operations, PM FCS (BCT) has eleven (11) offices/conference rooms with various VTC configurations. The systems are comprised of standard commercial items custom configured for the PMs needs. Interested sources should provide information regarding experience and capabilities with regards to providing full service maintenance comprised of the following areas: 1) providing Help Desk telephone capability for service calls and troubleshooting assistance during the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM during the normal business week,, Monday through Friday except federal holidays; 2) providing Telephonic (Remote) Diagnostic Support in response to Technical Support requests; 3) providing Software Updates per the manufacturers licensing agreements; and, 4) providing next Business Day Shipment for codec and MCU parts replacement and three Business Day Shipment for other major hardware components. Interested sources should also provide information regarding experience and capabilities with regards to providing on-call service consisting of on-site service calls, system upgrades, and expendable items. Interested sources are directed to see attached equipment list for a consolidated listing of PM FCS(BCT) VTC systems and components. A site visit is planned for Friday, 20 February 2009 at 0900. Interested sources may inspect the site where services would be performed. Interested parties should notify the Contract Specialist listed below no later than COB, Wednesday 18 February, to coordinate entry to the Arsenal. Due to logistic concerns, no more than two people per source may attend the site visit. Normal PM FCS working hours is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding federal holidays and any other day designated by the President of the United States. All service/repairs shall be performed during normal hours of coverage. Federal Holidays are New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and any other day designated by the President of the United States.
