- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being solicited and the written number is W912L9-09-T-0008 issued as a Request for Quote for a single, firm fixed-price purchase order for the following items. This is an all-or-none requirement. No substitutions of specific items listed. Anticipated Issue Date: 02/19/2009. Item 0001: Quantity 2000 MOLLE, Rifle mans set, which includes the following items: 1 ea MOLLE 6 Magazine AMMO Pouch; 1 ea MOLLE Assault Pack; 1 ea MOLLE Butt Pack; 1 ea MOLLE Camelback; 1 ea MOLLE E-Tool Carrier; 1 ea MOLLE Flash Bang Grenade Pocket; 1 ea MOLLE Fight Load Carrier; 2 ea MOLLE Hand Grenade Pouch; 2 ea MOLLE Pouch Canteen; 2 ea MOLLE Triple Magazine Pocket; 3 ea MOLLE X M4 Magazine Pouch. ALL ITEMS ARE ACU PATTERNS. Requirement is for 2000 sets to contain items as specified above. Delivery will be made to United States Property and Fiscal Officer for Indiana Warehouse, Indiana Army National Guard, 2002 South Holt Road, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46241-48394. Delivery date: 60 days from date of award. Final inspection and acceptance will be performed by CIF personnel, located at the USPFO for Indiana Warehouse. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. Evaluation factors are based in order of importance Durability/quality, technical evaluation and price. This Request for quote (RFQ) can be found at www.nationalguardcontracting.org, then click on NGB Advertised Solicitations. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27. This requirement is being advertised as unrestricted; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332995 with a Small Business Size Standard of five hundred employees. The SIC code is 3489. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. SEE clauses on the quote that are applicable to this acquisition. DFARS 252.212-7001 Contract Terms, Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items through (November 2008) are applicable. All contractors and subcontractors interested in this project must register at the site. For security reasons, all potential offerors, plan rooms and printing companies are required to register in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov/. Awards will be made to the offeror submitting the best product based on the evaluation criteria listed above.
