Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; price quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, HSCG24-09-Q-3YH013, is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-29, Amendment 1, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses and provisions are available via internet address: http//www/arnet.gov/far/. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 314999 and Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Item Description: 1. Pennant - 28" x 50" nylon acid dyed single reverse Amver tapered burgee, Spanish yellow & white with black letters F0008991, reinforce fly end, canvas heading and grommets, LABEL 230 each 2. Pennant - 28" x 50" nylon acid dyed single reverse Amver tapered burgee, purple & white with black letters F0008991, reinforce fly end, canvas heading and grommets, LABEL 145 each 3. Pennant - 28" x 50" nylon acid dyed single reverse Amver tapered burgee, OG blue and white with blue letters F0008992, reinforce fly end, canvas heading and grommets, LABEL 1435 each Note: For complete AMVER PENNANTS SPECIFICATIONS, contact Beverly Primm at Beverly.A.Primm@uscg.mil.
