- This is a notice of intent to negotiate a Request for Proposal with Zodiac Data Systems, Inc. Heim Data Division., 12725 Morris Rd. Extension, Ste. 180, Alpharetta, GA 30004-5091 on a sole source basis to procure items required for installation, and spare parts for maintaining, Project Beartrap's D200F recording systems. These items are currently installed on Fleet aircraft.
