Description

Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing Display Incorporation LOT 24-25 Synopsis The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Order under NAVAIR Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-05-G-0026 for the incorporation of the Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing Display LOT 24-25 on the F/A-18F aircraft. NAVAIR intends to negotiate this order on a sole source basis with McDonnell Douglas Corporation (MDC), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Boeing Company, St. Louis, MO 63166-0516. MDC is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and supplier of the F/A-18E/F Weapon System and MDC is the only known source capable of performing this effort within the required time frame.
