Description

Provide Electrician Services, Federal Center, Battle Creek, Michigan Z-- 238210 This solicitation will require the Contractor to provide all supervision, labor, tools, and equipment to provide full time Electrician Services at the Hart, Doyle, Inouye Federal Center, and the Stars & Stripes Child Care Center, Battle Creek, Michigan. The purpose of this solicitation is to provide electrician services to GSA and its client agencies. The Contractor will determine the proper work methods and craft techniques to accomplish assignments concerned with the maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and modifying new and existing electrical systems, operating equipment, facilities, and fixtures. The term of the contract is one (1) year. The anticipated start date is May 1, 2008. This acquisition is a negotiated procurement set-aside for small business concerns. NAICS is 238210 and the size standard is $14.0 million. This is a negotiated firm fixed price acquisition. Proposals will be evaluated on price and price related factors only. The solicitation will be issued on or about March 5, 2009; the actual date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
