- This is a Market Survey to replenish QEAM. The drawing number is A3209788. This is a Market survey to replenish the item below. Nomenclature CECOM Part NumberNSN QEAM (AB-1386) A3209788 Rev E 5985-01-381-6341 1. Requirements. The government has an urgent requirement for a quantity of 704 AB-1386 QEAMs. The QEAM is urgently required to support Operation Enduring Freedom-Operation Iraqi Freedom (OEF-OIF). The United States CECOM-LCMC intends to acquire the quantity of 704 QEAM masts commencing from 29 May 2009 to 15 October 2009. These masts are needed to fill high priority requisitions until the delivery from a new Flexible Long Term contract (FLTC) takes place. The drawing number is A3209788 Rev E. The procurement will be full and open competition. The government delivery schedule is 127 per month starting 29 May 2009. 2. Manufacturer Capabilities. Suppliers shall be capable to manufacturer the QEAM in accordance with Part No.A3209788 Rev E and a Prime item Product Specification A3186217 Rev D. The response must include what capabilities the supplier has, such as manufacturing, testing and provide references from previous contract. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. First Article Testing will be waived to suppliers who have previously manufactured the item. 3. QUESTIONS 1.How many of the items do you have available? 2.Provide delivery schedule for the 704 QEAM masts to start on 29 May 2009 to 15 October 2009. 3. Provide a Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) estimate for the production of QEAM Masts. 4. Description. Manportable, manually erected. Maximum height 10m. Erection-take down time (2 person: 7 min, 1 person: 15 mns). Mast will mount on EPLRS antenna, AS-3166, AS-4292. Mast weighs 42 lbs. Can be used in HMMWV mount and Tracked vehicular mount kit. Antenna stability: Deployment (Max slope: 18 percent, Max wind: 25 mph) The mast unit consists of (1) a mast assembly, manually erectable at a height of at least 10-meter which will operate in ground mounted and vehicular-shelter mounted configurations; (2) all ancillary equipment required to deploy, operate, support and retrieve each mast assembly; (3) mast-antenna adapters required to interface-operate with antennas specified for each mast assembly. 5.
