Vessel required: One U.S. or foreign flag, clean, double hull tanker capable of carrying a minimum of 200,000 BBLS (intentions JP8). 2. Intended Loading Port/Place: ST. THEODORE, GREECE PORT RESTRICTIONS (WOG): MAX LOA: 624 FEET MAX DRAFT: 44 FEET MAX DWT: 45,000 MT 3. Intended Discharging Port/Place: MERSIN, TURKEY PORT RESTRICTIONS (WOG): MAX LOA: 639 FEET MAX DRAFT: 30.2 FEET (please advise maximum cargo of JP8 vessel can discharge at 30.2 ft draft) MAX DWT: 30,000 MT CARGO MINIMUM: 200,000 BBLS JP8 5. Laydays: Commencing: 23 February 2009 Canceling: 24 February 2009
