This announcement will serve as a first step for evaluatingalternatives and supporting In-Service Engineering Agent, (ISEA), research anddevelopment efforts planned for fiscal years 2009-2010. Systems could beacquired in the future for Test and Evaluation for future LCAC In-ServiceEngineering Agent, ISEA, installation. Both off-the-shelf and developmentalapproaches will be considered. Responses to this announcement should include atechnical description and detailed characteristics of the remote control circuitbreaker for use on the Landing Craft Air-Cushion (LCAC).
