- The Department of the Treasury's Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), on behalf of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, intends to negotiate a sole-source acquisition with Bloomberg Finance L.P., 731 Lexington Ave, New York, NY 10022, for the renewal of Bloomberg On-Line Financial Information Services using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). Any responses received as a result of this notice, shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. Responses will NOT be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon any written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Other Information: Electronic submissions, in response to this Notice, shall reference 005789 and be sent to the attention of Morrey Gardner via e-mail to psb3@bpd.treas.gov. Electronic submissions must be received no later than 2:00 PM ET, Wednesday, February 25, 2009. Please note that an RFQ document is not available at this time Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
