Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2E3FC9030AQ01. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The award will be made based on the Best Value to the Government. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-30. This acquisition shall be posted for full and open competition in accordance with FAR Part 19.502-2(a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811490. The Small Business size standard for this code is $7.0M. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: ALL ITEMS MUST MEET DESCRIPTIONS: CLIN 0001: Maintenance of approximately 300 pieces of fitness and sports equipment of avarious name brands. Equipment list attached. 8 months of service is requested to start 1 April 2009 through 30 November 2009. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL LABOR, TRANSPORTATION, PARTS, EQUIPMENT, SUPERVISION, AND OTHER SUPPLIES AND SERVICES NECESSARY TO PERFORM ALL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS AS DESCRIBED IN THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK.
