Description

The Forest Service is conducting a market survey for 8,000 rentable square feet of office space for the Hume Lake Ranger District, Sequoia National Forest, adjacent to Highway 180 within the Dunlap/Squaw Valley, CA area. Space is required to be ready for occupancy no later than December 1, 2010. Term of lease: 10 years with the right to terminate at any time after the first five years. For information concerning the square footage, delineated area and other requirements contact the Lease Contracting Officer, Judy Reddin, 1600 Tollhouse Road, Clovis, CA 93611, 559-297-0706, Ext. 4834.. The Government will use the information received to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole source justification to remain at the current location. The latest date for receipt of responses to this market survey is March 31, 2009.
