Description

The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base, California intends to award a commercial purchase order to Commemorative Air Force. Market research was conducted via the Internet and contacting other vintage aircraft owners. Commemorative Air Force is the only known vendor to provide this service. This acquisition is for (1) Antonov (AN)-2 with backup DC-3 aircraft and pilot instructor to support the United States Air Force Test Pilot School (USAF TPS) Qualitative Evaluation program. This action will result in a purchase order to support the USAF TPS. Commemorative Air Force is the only source identified for procurement of this service. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 611512 and the size standard is $25,500,000. All responsible sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by AFFTC.
