- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial software prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) SP4704-09-Q-1028. This RFQ is for the following Symantec Software license upgrade on a brand name basis. Only this specific software will meet the Government’s needs since it is a software upgrade and not a complete replacement of the software. Ship to location is listed below.
