- Q Medical Services This is a Request for Information (RFI). There is no solicitation available at this time. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this RFI, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing the information provided to the Government. This RFI does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Any information provided in response to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only and will not be released. Any proprietary information submitted will be protected if appropriately marked. Vendor participation is not a promise of future business with the Government. The purpose of this RFI is to conduct Market Research to determine an acquisition strategy for establishment of a primary care clinic in the Stillwater, Oklahoma area. The Oklahoma City Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (OKCDVA), is planning for a primary care services contract in the area of Stillwater, OK via a pre-established community-based clinic, complete with x-ray, laboratory, and pharmaceutical services. Clinic must be located within a 30 mile radius from the center of Stillwater, Oklahoma, must be located within our primary servie area in the State of Oklahoma, and ready for operation at time of award.. Estimated solicitation issue date is on or around April 2009. The intended contract base period is anticipated to be 1 base year with four option years, depending on Market Research. Physicians and technicalan operating under the resulting contract must meet all evaluation criteria and other professional certifications required to operate in such a clinic. Clinic profiles will be detemined by the VA Medical Director as workload demands but are estimated at 650 patients. All requests to this sources sought notice must be in writing. Interested offerors must provide information on their businesses to include breadth and length of experience, business size, similar contracts participated in within similar scope. Submit information and request to be placed on a potential bidders' list to Beverly.Kimball@va.gov.
