Description

The United States Government Seeks Leased Warehouse Space in Richmond, CA. The United States Government ("Tenant") seeks to lease warehouse space consisting of approximately 12,000 -13,000 rentable square feet in Richmond, CA with 3 reserved off-street parking spaces, within the following delineated area: North: Barrett Avenue, starting at Harbour Way, going east to 31st Street East: Harbour Way, starting at Barrett Avenue, going south to Hoffman Boulevard South: Hoffman Boulevard, starting at Harbour Way South, continuing east to South 31st Street West: 31st Street, south to Hoffman Boulevard. The proposed lease is for 10 year term or 15 year term, 10 years firm. All spaces offered must be contiguous on one floor and on the ground floor. The spaces offered must have minimum unrestricted ceiling height of 18 feet, a minimum of one door with truck or forklift access, and a smooth, sealed floor. The Lessor must permit the installation of an intrusion detection system. The offered space must meet Government requirements for security, fire and life safety, and handicapped accessibility. No new construction will be considered at this time. Responses must be received no later than 4:00 pm PST on March 11, 2009. Please provide either proof of ownership or letter of authority to show properties, and copy of options and site plan. Please reference project number 9CA2063.
