Description

Solicitation for NSN 1560-00-494-3104, Flange, Cowl utilized on the C-5 Aircraft Program is intended as an Indefinite Quantity Contract. This is a Restricted Hubzone Set-Aside, Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources. It is a Critical Application Item; and Configuration Control Applies. The estimated annual demand for this requirement is 252 pieces (See solicitation for additional details); Origin inspection; FOB Destination to Stock Location; Requested Delivery is 273 days AFAA for the production quantity and 180 days ARO for the Government First Article Test requirement. Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package; A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
