Description

J and A DISA/DITCO, intends to issue a sole source contract to IBIS America LLC. This acquisition is a follow on purchase of RBE Plus, Maintenance, Support, and Content Updates. These software licenses and enhancements are proprietary and are protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance for one base year and four one-year options. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software license and enhancement renewal must request the solicitation not later than COB Feb 27 09 via the following address: lindsey.mitchell@disa.mil. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered. This is a small business set-aside.
