- Solicitation. Drawing / Landscape Plan AF Form 66 Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, supervision, and any incidentals necessary to provide Landscaping as indicated in the Statement of Work (SOW) and Drawing. The work involves demolishing exiting asphalt at the worksite, excavating existing grounds at the worksite, and landscaping to include planting six (6) types of plants and the placement of river rocks IAW the SOW and Drawing. The work is to take place on Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo, TX 76908. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561730 and the small business size standard is $7.0 million. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.1002, this acquisition is 100% Set Aside for Emerging Small Business Concerns. Offers that are not an emerging small business shall not be considered and shall be rejected. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. Performance time shall not exceed 30 calendar days after issuance of the Notice To Proceed (NTP). All responsible sources may submit a quote to be considered. The solicitation closing date is March 18, 2009. All requests for clarification relating to this RFQ must be brought to the attention of the contract specialist TSgt Phillip Kaiser at (325) 654-3800, faxed to (325)-654-5149, or e-mailed to phillip.kaiser@goodfellow.af.mil. In accordance with FAR 52.236-27 all offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. A site visit will be conducted on or about March 4, 2009. Access to the site will be limited to the organized site visit only. The exact date and time of the site visit and quote due date are stated in the solicitation package. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 in order to receive award. CCR information can be obtained at www.ccr.gov or calling 1-888-227-2423. Request for clarifications can be faxed to (325) 654-5174 or e-mailed to phillip.kaiser@goodfellow.af.mil.
