- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY/SOURCES SOUGHT AND YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT AN OFFER AND DOES NOT COMMIT THE GOVERNMENT TO PAY ANY COSTS INCURRED IN PREPARATION OF ANY SUBMISSION TO THIS MARKET SURVEY, OR TO CONTRACT FORSUPPLIES/SERVICES. The Marine Corps Systems Command is seeking potential commercial sources capable of providing, a Commercial Off-The-Shelf/ Non-Developmental environmental chamber. The environmental chamber shall be capable of sustaining a constant temperature anywhere in the range of -50F to 160F in a single chamber. The environmental chamber shall be trailer mounted. The environmental chamber shall be capable of connecting to a 208-230/110 Volt, 3 phase 60Hz generator. The environmental chamber shall have an interior height no less than 7' and an exterior height no greater than 9'6" with trailer. The environmental chamber shall have an interior width no less than 6'6" and an exterior width no greater than 8'6" with trailer. The environmental chamber shall have an interior length no less than 13'6" and an exterior length no greater than 24' with trailer. The environmental chamber shall have two (2) hinged firing doors measuring 24" long by 12" tall on the curbsi! de of the chamber, accessible from the interior of the chamber, 39" up from the interior floor. The environmental chamber shall have one (1) hinged firing door measuring 24" long by 12" tall on the curbside of the chamber, accessible from the interior of the chamber, 6" up from the interior floor. The environmental chamber shall have one (1) set of double doors at the rear of the chamber for personnel access to the chamber. The environmental chamber shall have a separated soak room at the front of the trailer measuring no less than 3"6" in length. The environmental chamber shall have one (1) door on the roadside of the chamber for personnel access to the soak room. The environmental chamber shall have a floor drain located 3' inward from the double doors. The floor shall be sloped to the drain. The environmental chamber shall have a thermostat control located on the front wall of the soak room. The environmental chamber shall have two (2) heating units mounted to th! e ceiling on the interior of the chamber. The environmental chamber shall have two (2) refrigeration units mounted on the trailer on the exterior of the chamber. The environmental chamber shall have two (2) 75' power cords for the refrigeration units. The environmental chamber shall have a spare tire and wheel assembly. The environmental chamber shall have a temperature logger. The environmental chamber shall have recessed lighting on the interior ceiling of the chamber.
