Description
The Internal Revenue Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for a fixed price/indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract with Unimax Systems Corporation, 430 1St Avenue North, Suite 790, Minneapolis, MN 55401, for maintenance and support of the Centralized Management System, which includes Avaya Intuity Audix MAP 100, Map 40, Map 5, LX, IA770, and Modular Messaging System. The IRS currently has 110 Avaya Voice Messaging System and six Interchanges in its VMS network throughout the United States. There are up to 12 system administrators in the Washington, DC area that need access to all the systems and over 400 administrators that require access to at least one system at each remote location. The remote administrators are located nation-wide. The support and services for a contractor are necessary to support the IRS Enterprise Voice Messaging System (VMS) network. The thirteen mandatory functional requirement for the CMS are to: (1) create mailboxes (2) modify mailboxes (3) delete mailboxes (4) renumber mailboxes (5) unlock mailboxes/reset passwords (6) bulk create mailboxes (7) bulk delete mailboxes (8) schedule changes (9) find mailboxes given a name or partial name (10) find individual mailboxes across all systems (11) list subscribers in alphabetical or numeric order (12) age administrator password, and (13) provide system and user usage reporting capabilities. These functions are performed using the Unimax 2nd Nature Application Programming Interface (API), Unimax’s COTS 2nd Nature client server licenses, and a SQL Server database. The contractor shall furnish upon receipt of task or delivery orders; software, documentation, maintenance, system integration training, technology refreshment and enhancements, subscriber license renewals and purchases, and other services. The maximum contract period of performance, including all options, shall be five years. No solicitation document exists; therefore, requests for such document will be considered non-responsive. Interested parties, other than Unimax Systems Corporation, must provide company and financial information, three last clients for similar systems, and their products', capabilities to meet all mandatory requirements stated above.
