Description

Justification for Sole Source purchase DISA/DITCO intends to issue a Sole Source contract to:MicroFucus, 9420 Key West Avenue, Rockville, MC 20850. This follow on procurement is for MicroFocus maintenance renewal for the DeCA Interaactive Business System enterprise system for the Agency, for DeCA - PMP, 5258 Oaklawn Blvd., Hopewell, VA 23860-7336. The solicitation number is HC1028-09-T-2077. The NAICS code is 511210. The period of performance is date 1 March 2009 - 28 February 2010. The statutory authority for Sole Source is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) or 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). Companies that can provide the above listed software product must request a copy of the Solicitation not later than 4:00 PM (CST) 25 February 2009 via the following address: tina.book@disa.mil or 618-229-9221. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered. The justification detailing the government's essential need for MicroFocus software maintenance is attached. All quotes must be received by 11:00 am on 27 February 2009.
