Description

U. S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR OFFICE SPACE IN STRAFFORD, MISSOURI The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks expressions of interest from owners and authorized agents of existing commercial office and related space. The Government presently occupies, and is seeking interest for 6,779 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet (approximately 7,000 rentable square feet) of office and related space along with on-site structured and secured parking for 11 vehicles. Additional on-site surface parking is required for 15 vehicles. The office shall be first class office space and be located in a new or modern office building that projects a professional and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The Government will consider relocation only if a move is economically advantageous and will consider agency mission requirements, the cost of moving, alterations, etc. when deciding whether it should relocate. Occupancy would be required by September 1, 2009. This advertisement is not a basis for negotiation. The Government reserves the right to reject any or all expressions of interest and give consideration to properties other than those offered in response to this advertisement. AMOUNT: Approximately 7,000 rentable square feet of office and related space that yields a minimum of 6,779 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet for use by the agency for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. A minimum of 26 reserved on-site parking spaces shall be available for personnel and visitors. LOCATION: Offered space must be within the City Limits of Strafford, MO. REQUIRED: Tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space offered must conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety and handicap accessibility. Additionally, various security enhancements shall also be required. Amenities of retail shops, banks, and restaurants shall be available within 2 miles from the building. The building shall provide on-site structured parking for 11 vehicles, and provide an additional 15 on-site surface parking spaces for employees and visitors. TERM: The lease shall be for a term of three (3) years, one (1) year firm term. OWNERS & AGENTS: This is an expression of interest for available space, NOT an invitation to bid.
