- i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) W90MTX90222000. (iii)The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-17 (iv) This acquisition is for full and open competition. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 339920 and small business size standard is 500 employees. (v)Line Item 0001 20 pair adjustable probe ski pole, size 100-125 cm (39-49 in) Black Diamond P/N BD1115100000100 or equal. (vi) Line item 0002 96 pair adjustable probe ski pole, size 115-140 (45-55 in) Black Diamond P/N BD1115100000115 or equal. (vii)FOB destination: delivery to Fort Richardson, Alaska by 30 March 2009.
