Description
Expressions of Interest Sought Requirement: The United States Government is seeking to lease approximately 21,149 contiguous rentable square feet of office and related space in Albuquerque, NM. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 18,390 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF). The lease term requirement is for 10 years firm. The space must be available for occupancy by 7/6/2009. The delineated area is bounded by Coal on the north, Yale on the east, Gibson on the south, and I-25 on the west. Other applicable requirements include: •On-site reserved parking for 27 vehicles, and public parking nearby; •2nd floor or higher; •20 foot setback from curb; •Facility should provide access control measures; •Fully-serviced. Please send expressions of interest to: Ed Budzinski U.S. General Services Administration Edward.budzinski@gsa.gov Expressions of interest must be submitted to the above address by 5:00 PM on 3/2/2009 and must include the following information: •Building name and address and location of the available space within the building. •Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. •ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF) to be offered and expected rental rate per OASF, fully serviced. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes any amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. •Date of space availability. •Method of rentable space measurement. •Building ownership information. •Amount of parking available onsite and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any). •Energy efficient and renewable energy features existing within the building. •List of building services provided.
