- Solicitation for NSN 1560-00-783-7021/ IQC09028009064,Door, Access, Aircraft. Configuration Control applies. A technical data package is available and may be obtained for use in developing a source approval request (SAR) for engineering source approval. Currently the only approved sources for this item are NORDAM GROUP INC., cage 29957, MALONE'S CNC MACHINING, INC., cage 2V045, TECT AEROSPACE INC., cage 34336, MONROE MACHINED PRODUCTS, INC., cage 7F311 and THE BOEING COMPANY, cage 81205. This solicitation will result in the award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a 1 year base period and 4 option years. This is a Hubzone Set-Aside. Only offers from Hubzone certified business concerns will be considered. The estimated annual demand is 204 units. This item has a surge requirement. The Monthly Wartime Requirement (MWR) is 9. This solicitation has a First Article / Pre-production approval required by government testing. First article sample size is one (2) each. The required delivery schedule is 292 DARO for delivery of First article units, and 292 DAFAA for delivery of production units. FOB is Destination, Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. ABVS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
