- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, (FEMA), intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis a purchase order with Gold's Gym located at 409 3 rd Street SW, Washington, DC 20024. The Government requires a gym to be within 5 blocks of 500 C Street SW and within 5 blocks of 395 E Streets SW in Washington, DC. This FEMA requirement is to provide subsidized exercise facilities to 250 to 300 employees choosing to workout during their lunchtime in Washington, DC. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, interested parties may submit a proposal in which they identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. The Government will consider all information received by 12:30 P.M. EST, Monday, 2 March 2008. A determination not to compete this procurement action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. The Government will not pay for any information received. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 532292.
