All performance will be conducted in Japan. The contractor must have the applicable licenses. The Government may split-award the contracts. The site visit will be conducted on 5 Mar 09 at Fuchu Communications Site, Fuchu-shi, Tokyo, Japan. Researvation is required. Sudden show up is not accepted.
