- US Naval Hospital Guam has a requirement for award of a firm-fixed price service contract to provide all personnel (labor), materials and necessary equipment for installation of power line for Uninterrupted Power Source (UPS). Specifications contained in the solicitation. Solicitation copy ready upon request via e-mail or fax, no phone calls. Open to Guam (local) contractors only. Set-Aside 100% to Small Business. Responsible sources must be active in the CCR (Central Contractor Registration), provide DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax ID. Deadline for submission is Friday, March 6th. Responsible sources may submit a quote for consideration. All docs/forms submitted electronically may be accepted.
