- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION. NO FURTHER SOLICIATION WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Q9833090007 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations. (iv) This procurement is being issued as Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 454319 with a Small Business Size Standard of $6.5 Million. (v) The contractor shall provide the following item The National Park Service (NPS) requires, on a fixed-price, Sixty (60) 55 gallon Barrels of 100LL AV Gas Filled, Sealed and Delivered to Kobuk Airport, Kobuk, AK 99751. by March 30th The AV Gas fuel will be delivered to Kobuk Airport NO EQUIPMENT is Available to Assist with off loading of Barrels. The offeror's quote shall be based on price per Barrel delivered. This requirement is issued as Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 454319 if no Responsive or Responsible Small Business Quotes are received Small Business set aside shall be dissolved automatically The North America an Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 454319. This award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisition procedure under FAR Part 13; Far Part 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; Far Part 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR Part 52.212-05, Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement Status or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; FAR Part 52.232-33. Payment by electronic funds transfer apply. Vendor must have registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov prior to an award being made. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible vendor meeting all the requirements above at the lowest price.
