Solicitation Number: W912LM-09-T-4001 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items, Item Description: Delivery and pick up of portable latrines Duluth ANG, Minnesota has a requirement for: Item #1 Qty: 12 EA per each scheduled delivery Standard commercially available portable latrines with hand sanitizer to be delivered and picked-up at the Minnesota Air National Guard 148th Fighter Wing, 4630 Mustang Drive, Duluth MN 55811 Deliver and pick-up schedule as follows: Delivery 13 May 2009 Pick up 18 May 2009 Delivery 15 July 2009 Pick up 20 July 2009 Delivery 19 August 2009 Pick up 24 August 2009 This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NOTICE TO OFFEROR: FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDS BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE MAY 13, 2009. ALL QUOTES NEED TO BE VALID UNTIL AUGUST 24, 2009. (52.232-18) Solicitation number W912LM-09-T-4001 is hereby issued as a FOB Destination Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-30. The Solicitation listed here is 100% small business set aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement 562991, size standard, $7.0 Million applies to the procurement. FOB Destination: Minnesota Air National Guard, 148th FW Civil Engineer Squadron, 4630 Mustang Drive, Duluth, MN 55811. Payment: Payment by Government Credit Card is preferred. Those vendors desiring payment to be made by DFAS must so state within quote. Contractors unable to accept payment by credit card are required to submit invoice electronically through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
