- Water Closet Seat RFQ 7686 This solicitation is for the procurement of a WATER CLOSET SEAT, identified as National Stock Number 4510-00-202-7686 under a Standing Quote Agreement. Please see the attached solicitation for a complete description of this NSN. Offerors must meet the conditions listed in the solicitation and award will be made based on the lowest evaluated price, technically acceptable offer. Please forward printed specifications of the item you are offering along with your quote. A sample may be requested to be delivered overnight. If the offeror is not the manufacturer, a commitment letter from the manufacturer is required for award consideration. This award will serve as a 5-year Standing Quote Agreement not to exceed $100K. Previous award price was $4.90 each. This procurement is unrestricted.
